Yikes, this stuff is expensive...

So, yesterday I booked my flight and hotel for Ironman Arizona. I'll be getting into Tempe on Thursday and getting back home late on Monday night. It is going to be a fast trip, but the more days I spend in Arizona, the more money it costs. I have now spent 4 figures on this whole deal from entry to plane ticket to hotel. I haven't even bought the lovely wife's ticket or shipped my bike yet. Wow, this stuff is expensive.

I am now on week 3 of my final 20 week prep to the big day. Last weeks totals were:

Swim - 2 workouts, 4000 yds
Bike - 3 workouts, 72.1 miles
Run - 3 workouts, 8.95 miles

This week I have had a sharp pain in my collarbone area and an achy back. I don't know what the deal is, but hopefully things get better soon!
